Important Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for both you and your furry friend, please review the following guidelines:

First Meeting

A meet-and-greet will be scheduled to introduce you, your dog(s), and our walker(s). This step helps us build a bond with your dog and learn about their unique routine.

Safety First

Harness/Collar: Your dog must have secure and appropriate walking equipment, which we’ll assess during the initial meeting. If adjustments are needed, we ask you to provide the required equipment before we begin. Walkers are unable to proceed if the equipment is unsafe.

Leash: For group walks, a 4ft leash without a poop bag holder is preferred for safe and controlled walks.

Contact Hours

We’re available for inquiries and updates everyday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Communication

We’ll create a group text with Andreia (our main point of contact). Walkers do not handle direct communications or bookings, ensuring all information is streamlined and professional.

Last-Minute Requests

We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute walks, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled walk to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations will be charged at the full rate.

Payment

Payments are due every two weeks. An invoice will be sent, detailing walk dates, prices, and the total amount. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.

Frequently Asked Questions !

We only offer dog walking services to regular clients who request a minimum of 4 walks per week. Single-walk services are not available.

Yes, a meeting is scheduled with the owner(s), dog(s), and walker(s) before the service begins. This allows us to bond with your dog and learn their routine.

Your dog must have a secure harness or collar, which will be assessed during the initial meeting. We also ask for a 4ft leash without a poop bag holder attached. Walkers will not take dogs on walks if the equipment is deemed unsafe.

A group text message will be created between the dog owner(s) and Andreia directly. For privacy and professionalism, walkers do not communicate directly with clients.

Cancellations must be made by 7 PM the day before the scheduled walk to avoid being charged. Last-minute cancellations will be charged at the full rate.

Payments are made weekly at the end of each week. You’ll receive an invoice with the total amount. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle.

Yes, you can request last-minute walks, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that we cannot guarantee availability for short-notice requests.
