After bad past experiences where my dog was scared told go back to the groomer, my dog is always so happy to see Natalia and you can tell she cares so much about it being a good experience. On top of that, Natalia gives my dog the best haircuts - we regularly get stopped on the street to ask who her groomer is. Even a few weeks after her haircut, people think she just got it done because of how good the styling is. We are so thankful that Upper Dogs Social Club exists and our dog, Nigel, has the time of his life everyday. Andreia, Barbara, and their entire team are highly responsible, communicative, and enjoyable to work with. As someone who spends all day out of the house, it is so important to know that Nigel is being taken care of and is getting the exercise and socialization he needs when I cannot be there. I know he is in the best hands everyday, not only from how exhausted he is when he gets home but through the consistent updates and photos we receive during the day!
