Welcome to Andreia’s Dogs! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website andreiasdogs.com (“Website”) and any other services operated by Andreia’s Dogs (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services Provided

Andreia’s Dogs offers pet care services, including but not limited to:

• Dog walking
• Dog daycare
• Boarding & pet sitting
• Grooming
• Cat sitting

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking. Specific terms for each service will be communicated at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

Booking

• Bookings can be made by calling, texting, or emailing us. Specific contacts for daycare, grooming, and other services are listed on our Website.
• For daycare and boarding services, a meet-and-greet is mandatory prior to enrollment.
• All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

Payment

• We accept payments via cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
• Every other week invoices will be provided with a detailed breakdown of services. Payment is required by the end of each week.

Cancellation Policy

• Walks: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur the full rate.

• Other Services: There are no cancellation fees for boarding or grooming services. However, we kindly ask you to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Liability and Insurance

• All team members at Andreia’s Dogs are insured and bonded.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by the behavior of your pet, including aggression or property damage, while in our care.
• All team members are certified in pet first aid and prioritize the safety and well-being of your pet.

Pet Requirements

To ensure the safety of all pets in our care:

• Dogs must have secure harnesses or collars with a 4ft leash (without poop bag holders attached).
• All pets must be vaccinated and provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations prior to using our services.
• We reserve the right to decline service if the equipment is deemed unsafe or the pet is unfit for the requested service.

Our Website may include links to third-party websites or services. Andreia’s Dogs has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to comply with these Terms
• Unsafe or aggressive pet behavior
• Non-payment of fees

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of care, Andreia’s Dogs is not liable for:

• Injuries or illnesses that occur despite our best efforts to ensure a safe environment.
• Loss or damage to personal property, including pet belongings.
• Situations outside of our reasonable control, such as emergencies or natural disasters.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
