We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. Weekly invoices are sent with a breakdown of services, and payments are expected by the end of each week.

No, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking for boarding or grooming. We’re happy to reserve your pet’s spot without any upfront payment.

Cancellations for walks must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur the full rate. Boarding and grooming services do not have cancellation fees; however, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services, including within the Upper East Side, for an additional $5 fee.

Your pup will enjoy supervised playtime in indoor and outdoor areas, scheduled nap times, and enrichment activities like puzzle toys and basic training games.

Yes, all new dogs must complete a Meet & Greet and be assessed during a pre-daycare consultation. A mandatory free 2-hour trial is required before daycare enrollment to ensure a good fit for our environment.

Yes, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations to attend daycare.

Andreia manages the daycare, ensuring your dog has a safe and fun day, while Natalia handles grooming to keep your pup looking and feeling their best.

Please bring your dog’s leash, any required medication, and food if they need to eat during the day. Outside toys are not allowed.

We only offer dog walking services to regular clients who request a minimum of 4 walks per week. Single-walk services are not available.

Yes, a meeting is scheduled with the owner(s), dog(s), and walker(s) before the service begins. This allows us to bond with your dog and learn their routine.

Your dog must have a secure harness or collar, which will be assessed during the initial meeting. We also ask for a 4ft leash without a poop bag holder attached. Walkers will not take dogs on walks if the equipment is deemed unsafe.

A group text message will be created between the dog owner(s) and Andreia directly. After every walk, a report will be sent to your email with details about how the walk went. For privacy and professionalism, walkers do not communicate directly with clients.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled walk to avoid being charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full rate.
Payments are made every two weeks. You’ll receive an invoice with the total amount. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle.

Yes, you can request last-minute walks, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that we cannot guarantee availability for short-notice requests.

Our services include personalized attention, walks, playtime, and feeding tailored to your pet’s needs. Overnight boarding takes place in a safe, comfortable home environment with plenty of space for your pet to relax.

Pet Sitting (Few Hours) is charged by the hour, and Overnight Boarding starts at $90 per 24-hour period. The price may vary based on your pet’s size, activity level, and any special needs. (Please contact us for a personalized quote)

We care for dogs of all sizes and breeds, and we also offer cat care. Each pet receives personalized attention based on their specific needs and temperament.

Yes, we offer Few Hours Pet Sitting during the evening, with flexible hours based on the client’s request. This service includes walks, playtime, and feeding according to your pet’s schedule.
Your pet will stay in one of our staff member’s homes, a safe, dog-friendly environment where they will be treated like family. You can rest easy knowing they’ll receive plenty of attention and care.

Each daily visit for $25 includes fresh food and water, cleaning and scooping the litter box, and quality playtime and affection to ensure your cat feels comfortable and loved while you’re away.
Our Overnight Cat Care service is $120 per day and ensures your cat receives attentive, overnight companionship. We provide food and fresh water, clean the litter box, enjoy playtime and cuddles, and make sure your cat feels secure and at ease all night long.
